Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson (1876-1955) An oak refectory type dining table and eight chairs, circa 1955, the rectangular adzed top raised on octagonal supports joined by a rectangular stretcher, carved mouse motif to one leg, 72.5cm high x 183cm wide the dining chairs each with carved mouse motif to a front leg, above panel back and leather covered seats, raised on octagonal legs joined by stretchers
Ordered in 1954 as a wedding gift, delivered in 1955 and been in the same family ever since.
The original receipt, photographs and paperwork will be sold with this lot only.
