A 19th century French gilt and porcelain clock garniture. The clock case having two birds amongst flowers finial, lion and ring mask handles above cherubs holding a floral swag. The Samuel Marti 8-day countwheel striking movement signed H & F Paris 6944. The garnitures having removable lids, acorn finials, mask handles and painted floral decoration to one side, the other side painted with scenes of a lady and gent, bears a signature H Poitevin, and having Sevres style marks to the lids.
