The 18ct gold case with hobnail bezel and original crown, engraved to the rear with initials and date. The 27 jewel calibre 240 automatic movement with 22ct gold micro-rotor adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions. Fitted on a black leather Patek strap with 18ct PP&Co buckle 33mm dia excluding crown, with original case and outer cardboard box
