William Wilson designed and engraved for Whitefriars Glass - a rare set of six wine goblets, each engraved with initials to the bucket funnelled bowls, fluted and shouldered ovoid knops, each in different colours of light green, amber, blue, sky blue, red and amethyst colours, merse knops and conical feet, just over 6" h, marked Whitefriars No 13, 14 and 15 and 17, 18, the amber glass unsigned.
Note: - it is possible that these glasses were produced for a private commission, to which the engraved initials allude to, the design of the glasses not being produced commercially.
