A Breitling Top Time, manual-wind, gents, stainless steel wristwatch, circa 1960s, reference no. 2002, the silvered dial with baton hour markers, twin subsidiary chronograph dials for seconds and 45-minute register, signed ‘Breitling Genève Top Time’, fitted to a later stainless steel link bracelet, caseback signed and numbered 2002, 36mm.
