Lot 96Two British Racing Driver's club 500 Miles race at Brooklands Sat. Oct. 3, 1931 copies, one containing the detailed summary of results
Condition report: pencil annotations to front on one, the rust from the staples has seeped through and stained pages, some wear due to age, no rips or ripped out pages.
Lot 97Two copies of Bentley Plus Four, 1930 promotional booklets, being a 'Souvenir of the Eighth Grand Prix d'Endurance 24 Hour International Road Race at Le Mans, one with later cover, both with red printed text, comprising 42 pages.
Condition report: the paper cover one with stains to the first page and last (due to the cover), the last page and page 40 with stains, the staple has rust which stains most of the pages in the centre
Other booklet: overall good, the cover is worn.
Lot 98A fine Arts and Crafts silver mounted copper box, the silver hallmarked by R H Halford & Sons, London, of rectangular form, the copper body with spot hammered 'beaten' detail, the lid with central dome, mounted with stylised silver mounts to the hinged cover, lock and four feet
Lot 100A Clarice Cliff Athens shape teapot in the Autumn Crocus pattern, together with an octagonal base, an Athens shape jug and an Athens shape pot in the same pattern, all marked to underside, the teapot 14 cm high x 23 cm wide
Condition report: large vertical crack to jug, teapot with crazing and loss of paint, base is crazed with chips of paint.
Lot 101A Clarice Cliff Bonjour shape teapot in the Autumn Crocus pattern, without lid, together with a similar design lidded preserve pot, a teacup and saucer, a small sugar bowl and a plate, all marked to underside, the teapot 11 cm high x 15 cm wide
Condition report: large chip to inner lid of preserve pot, and two further small chips to exterior
tea bag holder cracked (probably reglued)

one saucer with large chip and hairline crack and dried splash of blue paint
cake plate with restoration to edge, losses of paint and scratches
teapot with hairline cracks to all four corners of the top opening, loss of paint/surface scratches, most pieces with losses of paint and surface scratches.
Lot 102A small collection of Clarice Cliff Autumn Crocus pattern plates and bowls, to include a berry bowl, two large fruit bowls, a sandwich plate with moulded handles, and various shaped plates, together with another small lot of spring Crocus pattern plates
Condition report: berry bowl very crazed, largest bowl crazed and has two chips to rim and loss of paint, the sandwich plate has loss of paint to border and nibbling to handles, octagonal bowl very crazed/discoloured and has loss of paint, two circular plates have a chip reglued and crazing.
Lot 103A Clarice Cliff Windsor shape teapot in the Autumn Crocus pattern, together with a small collection of same pattern pieces to include a slop bowl, a jug, a honey pot (lacking lid), an egg cup, an ashtray, a posy flower holder, salt and pepper shakers, a tea bag holder, a pair of pots and a lidded sugar pot, the teapot 12.5 cm high x 15 cm wide
Condition report: teapot chipped + cracked + crazed, the jug is very worn/scratched/paint losses, the mustard pot lid is cracked/reglued, has a reglued chip and another chip to rim of the pot, another pot with chip, pair of little pots have one discoloured with hairline crack and repair, the bowl has restoration to the rim, egg cup with chip, the beehive pot has a chip to the base and underside and a large restoration patch to the underside, loss of paint to most pieces.
Lot 104A Clarice Cliff Autumn Crocus pattern conical shape sugar sifter, together with a small collection of similar pattern pieces to include two teacups and saucers, side plates, a small posy vase, salt and pepper shakers and a jug, the sugar sifter 14 cm high, jug 12.5 cm high
Condition report: sugar sifter with vertical crack, some crazing to the side plates, chip to one side, chip to one saucer and discolouration, both teacups with cracks, one with restoration to edges, chips to the salt pot, chips to the side plates, loss of paint and surface scratches to most pieces.
Lot 105Two Art Deco style Albany porcelain figures, 'Astra' and 'Zena', limited edition out of 500, designed by Gregory Rose, each modelled with blue and polychrome jumpsuit clothing with gilt details, cuffs and headpiece, on a metal base with fan mount to the front, each with certificate of authenticity, 28 cm high
Good condition overall, there is a little previous break to the tip of one of the dancers foot (one with arlequin collar), otherwise good.
Lot 110A William IV rosewood fold over card table, the rectangular top raised on a turned column, standing on a platform base with four gadrooned bun feet, 75 cm high x 91.5 cm wide x 45.5 cm deep
Condition report: small loss of veneer to the front border, some surface scratches, no breaks, overall good.
Lot 115Cambria Depicta: Fifty Picturesque Views in Wales, by J. Havell, T. Cartwright, J. Hassell, and T. Bonnor, from designs by a Native Artist, published in 1814 by E. Williams, Strand, comprising hand coloured engraved aquatints, together with an 18th century book, titled 'An Archaeological discourse on the Antiquities, Natural and Historical, of the Isle of Anglesey (...) by Henry Rowlands, second edition, 1786.
Lot 117Francis Quarles, 'Emblemes and Hierogloyphicks of the life of man', 17th century, missing first title page, in leather binding, with numerous engraved illustrations, some later coloured, 381 pages, 16 cm x 10 cm
Condition report: front board is disconnected, missing section to spine approx. 40mm, wear to edges, some discolouration to pages with foxing to edges and stains,- General condition consistent with age.
Lot 121A late 18th century sampler, with alphabet and central verse flanked by birds and flowers, made by Sarah Chandler, September 26th 1793, in a glazed gilt frame, 27 cm x 30 cm
Condition report: some holes to the needlepoint, larger one to the centre (below the words 'fed from'), minor staining.
Lot 136Charles Edward Stewart (act. 1890-1930) British
depicting a British hunting scene with horse riding hunters in a field with pointers, signed lower right with initials, oil on canvas, within a moulded gilt frame, 50 cm wide x 37 cm high
Provenance: from the estate of the artist's family
Condition report: overall good, no cracking to the paint, no signs of repair or damage to canvas, some foxing to the back of the canvas, the frame has a few scuffs and minor losses.
Lot 138Charles Edward Stewart (act. 1890-1930) British
depicting a lady sat in an armchair reading a book, wearing a draped Grecian style dress, signed and dated 1914 in pencil, watercolour painting, within a painted and gilt glazed frame, 53 cm x 44 cm
